摘 要:沙眼衣原体生殖道感染是最常见的性传播疾病,可引起慢性输卵管炎、慢性盆腔炎等并发症,从而导致女性输卵管性不孕、异位妊娠等。组织纤维化是沙眼衣原体感染引起输卵管损伤后的主要病理变化,由沙眼衣原体与宿主之间的相互作用产生,输卵管纤维化可能机制主要包括:衣原体诱导的上皮-间质转化所致肌成纤维母细胞增殖和细胞外基质积聚;M2型巨噬细胞分泌多种纤维化相关细胞因子引起基质胶原沉积;衣原体免疫球蛋白、细胞因子、补体系统激活直接或间接参与输卵管纤维化过程。Chlamydia trachomatis is one of the most common pathogens which could cause sexually transmitted disease and many other complications such as chronic salpingitis and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, leading to female chronic tubal inflammatory infertility, fallopian pregnancy and so on. Tissue fibrosis is the main pathological change after fallopian tube injury caused by Chlamydia trachomatis infection, which is produced by the interaction between Chlamydia trachomatis and host. The possible mechanisms of its production include epithelial-mesenchymal transformation resulting in the production of myofibroblasts and extracellular matrix;M2 macrophages secrete a variety of fibrogenic cytokines which induced matrix collagen deposition. CTIgG, cytokines and activation of complement system directly or indirectly participate in the process of tubal fibrosis.
