探讨人性化护理在初产妇分娩潜伏期动态监护中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理在初产妇分娩潜伏期动态监护中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年2月~2018年1月在某院分娩的160例初产妇为主要研究对象,采用随机原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各80例。在两组初产妇分娩潜伏期动态监护中实施不同的护理方法,对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予人性化护理,对两组的干预效果进行对比。结果:观察组的自然分娩率明显高于对照组,剖宫产率明显低于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的宫缩痛评分、腰背痛评分均明显优于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05);经干预后,观察组的焦虑评分明显优于对照组,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在初产妇分娩潜伏期动态监护中实施人性化护理可提高自然分娩率,减轻产妇的宫缩痛和腰背痛程度,缓解产妇的负面情绪,值得推广和应用。Objective: To explore the application of humanized nursing in the dynamic monitoring of delivery latency in primipara. Methods: 160 primiparas treated in a hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the main research subjects and divided into two groups by random principle, with 80 cases in each group. Different nursing methods were implemented in the two groups of primiparas during the incubation period. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group was given humanized nursing. The intervention effect of the two groups was compared. Results: Natural birth rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, with significant differences between the two groups ( P <0.05);The scores of uterine contraction pain and waist and back pain in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference ( P <0.05).After intervention, the anxiety score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of humanized nursing in primipara delivery latency monitoring can improve the natural childbirth rate, reduce the degree of uterine contraction pain and low back pain, relieve maternal negative emotions, and is worthy of promotion and application.
