中医药防治创伤性股骨头坏死的研究进展

摘　　要：创伤性股骨头坏死为股骨颈骨折的最主要并发症,其致残率高,是临床上比较难治愈的疾病之一。对于本病的防治已逐渐成为了临床热点,而西医尚未发现关于创伤性股骨头坏死的有效防治方法,髋关节置换是其最终治疗方案。中医对于股骨头坏死病因病机有独到的认识,中医药在临床防治创伤性股骨头坏死效果满意,包括中药内服外用等,均有很好的疗效。文章就创伤性股骨头坏死的中医认识及中医药防治创伤性股骨头坏死的方法进行简要综述,以期为临床提供依据。Trauma-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head is the main complication of femoral neck fracture, and its disability rate is high, which is one of the more difficult diseases to be cured clinically. The prevention and treatment of this disease has gradually become a clinical hot spot, and Western medicine has not found an effective prevention and treatment method for trauma-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Hip joint replacement is its final treatment plan. However, Chinese medicine has a unique understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of trauma-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Traditional Chinese medicine has a satisfactory effect in clinical prevention and treatment of trauma-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head including Chinese medicine for oral administration and external use. Therefore, the article briefly reviews the TCM understanding of trauma-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head and the methods of traditional Chinese medicine for prevention and treatment of trauma-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head, in order to provide a basis for clinical.
