摘 要:目的:研究阴地蕨中化学成分木犀草素的动态积累。方法:采用反相-高效液相色谱法测定不同产地、不同采收期、不同部位阴地蕨药材中木犀草素的含量,色谱柱:色谱柱为菲罗门ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,4 μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(45∶ 55);体积流量:1 mL·min^-1;检测波长:360 nm。样品平均回收率为98.18%, RSD 为1.09%( n =6)。结果:阴地蕨药材中木犀草素的含量在不同生长时期、不同部位有明显的变化规律。不同部位木犀草素的含量由高到低的顺序为:叶、茎、根;一年生长期内在8月份阴地蕨根、茎、叶中木犀草素的含量最高。结论:阴地蕨中木犀草素的积累动态将为阴地蕨生物特性的形成及阴地蕨药材采收期提供一定的科学依据。Objective To determine the dynamic accumulation of Luteolin in differernt Growth Phase of Botrychium ternatum .Methods RP-HPLC was used to measure the content of Luteolin from different habitats, harvesting time and parts in Botrychium ternatum ,chromatographic column ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,4 μm),mobile phase acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(45∶ 55),the detection wave-length was 350 nm.The average recoveries were 98.18%, RSD were 1.09%( n =6). Results The content of Luteolin in Botrychium ternatum varying obviously in different harvesting periods and different parts.The order of luteolin content in different parts of Botrychium ternatum from high to low is that: leaves, stems and roots. The luteolin content in roots, stems and leaves of Botrychium ternatum is the highest in August during the growth period in one year. Conclusion The accumulation dynamics of luteolin in Botrychium ternatum will provide a scientific basis for the formation of biological characteristics of Botrychium ternatum and the harvesting time of Botrychium ternatum .
