摘　　要：目的:分析血液透析患者中心静脉导管相关性感染的影响因素。方法:回顾2011年11月至2017年10月河北工程大学附属医院收治的225例血液透析患者的临床资料,分析血液透析患者中心静脉导管相关性感染的影响因素及低蛋白血症与中心静脉导管相关性感染的关系。结果:225例血液透析患者中,出现导管相关感染52例,占23.11%(52/225)。年龄、穿刺部位、低蛋白血症、穿刺次数、糖尿病及导管留置时间均为中心静脉导管相关性感染影响因素(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果表明,年龄、穿刺部位、穿刺次数、低蛋白血症、导管留置时间及糖尿病等均为中心静脉导管相关性感染的危险因素(P<0.05);Spearman秩相关分析表明,低蛋白血症与中心静脉导管相关性感染呈正相关关系(r=0.231,P<0.05)。结论:对于年龄、穿刺部位、低蛋白血症、穿刺次数、糖尿病及导管留置时间这些中心静脉导管相关性感染危险因素,在临床工作中应加以重视。Objective:To investigate the factors influencing the central venous catheter related infection in hemodialysis patients.Methods:The clinical data of 225 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from November 2011 to October 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.The correlation between hypoproteinemia and central venous catheter related infection in hemodialysis patients was analyzed.Results:In 225 hemodialysis patients,there were 52 cases of catheter related infection,accounting for 23.11%.Age,puncture site,hypoproteinemia,puncture times,diabetes and catheter retention time were the influencing factors of central venous catheter related infection(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,puncture site,puncture times,hypoproteinemia,catheter retention time and diabetes mellitus were risk factors of central venous catheter related infection(P<0.05).Spearman test showed that there was a positive correlation between hypoproteinemia and central venous catheter related infection(r=0.231,P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,puncture site,hypoproteinemia,puncture times,diabetes and catheter retention time were risk factors of central venous catheter related infection,which the clinical work should pay more attention to.
