摘  要:采用集成外设协处理器XGATE内核的16位双核单片机MC9S12XEP100作为主控制器,设计并实现了可以连接2路CAN总线和1路双通道Flexray总线的Flexray-CAN网关.采用ADI公司的信号和电源隔离集成器件,在满足产品小型化、低功耗、低成本的基础上,实现了CAN和Flexray总线接口的电气隔离,增强了通信接口的抗干扰能力.通过双核处理技术来优化网关的处理流程,从而避免了各种外设中断与网关的协议处理和消息转发间的冲突.实际应用表明,系统运行稳定可靠,与传统的采用单处理器实现的网关相比,网关的数据吞吐能力和实时性得到了明显改善.The 16.bit dual.core single.chip microcomputer MC9S12XEP100 with integrated peripheral co.processor XGATE core is used as the main controller to design and implement a Flexray-CAN gateway which can connect 2 CAN buses and 1 dual-channel Flexray bus.On the basis of meeting the requirements of miniaturization,low power consumption and low cost,the signal and power isolation integrated device of ADI company is applied to realize the electrical isolation of the bus interface be. tween CAN and Flexray,and enhance the anti-interference ability of the communication interface. The dual-core processing tech-nology is used to optimize the processing flow of gateway,thus avoiding the various conflicts between peripheral interrupts and protocol processing and message forwarding of gatewayThe practical application results show that the system runs stably and reliably,and the data throughput and real.time performance of the gateway are improved more obviously in comparison with the traditional gateway implemented by means of single processor.
