体检随访服务健康管理模式初探

摘　　要：在健康服务业中,最关键的产业是健康管理,这是提高民众健康素质的最有效方法。其中,健康体检是实施健康管理非常重要的第一步,是健康管理的关键内容和前提。通过分析传统健康体检模式的不足,探讨建立体检随访服务模式,并在国内某大型三甲综合医院进行特殊人群试点,在实践中促进检后服务流程的不断完善,推进民众健康水平持续提高。Health management plays a supporting role in the health service industry and is the most effective way to improve the health quality of all people. Health examination is a critical step in health management as well as the key content and prerequisite of health management. By analyzing the shortcomings of the traditional health examination mode,this paper explored the establishment of follow-up service model for health examination and carried out a pilot project for special population in a large tertiary general hospital in China,in order to promote the continuous improvement of the post-examination service process and people's health quality in practice.
