摘　　要：基于我国2000 2016年30个省份的面板数据,运用Malmquist指数法衡量产业结构升级水平,构建空间自回归模型(SAR)定量分析了FDI与环境规制对产业结构升级的影响。结果表明:一,产业结构升级水平、FDI与环境规制三者均存在空间正相关性;产业结构升级水平还存在正向的空间自相关性。二,FDI与环境规制均显著促进了产业结构升级,但FDI与环境规制的交互作用对产业结构升级产生了一定的负向影响。三,经济增长、产业规模、技术创新、基础设施、人力资本等对产业结构升级具有显著的促进作用,政府税收对产业结构升级产生了较大的负向影响。Based on the 2000-2016 panel data of 30 provinces in China,this paper uses the Malmquist index method to measure the upgrading levels of industrial structures,and makes a quantitative analysis of the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) and environmental regulations on industrial structure upgrading by constructing a spatial autoregressive model(SAR). The results show that:there is positive spatial correlations among the level of industrial structure upgrading,FDI,and environmental regulations, and there is a positive spatial autocorrelation in the upgrading level;both FDI and environmental regulations have significantly promoted the upgrading of industrial structures,but the interaction between FDI and environmental regulations has a negative impact on the upgrading;economic growth,industrial scale,technological innovation,infrastructure and human capital have an active role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,w hile government taxation has a considerable negative impact on the upgrading.
