摘　　要：汽车主机厂轻量化要求提供高强度、高韧性的汽车铸件,转向节是汽车安全件,通过采用优质生铁、优质废钢+石墨化增碳剂,采用高硅固溶思路,并添加适量合金,控制合适的开箱时间,成功开发了高强度高韧性的球墨铸铁转向节铸件。The automobile main engine factory is required to provide high-strength and high-toughness automobile castings in light weight. The steering knuckle is an automobile safety part. The ductile iron steering knuckle casting with high strength and high toughness has been successfully developed by using high quality pig iron, high quality scrap steel, graphitized carbon increasing agent, high silicon solid solution thinking, and adding appropriate amount of alloy.
