摘 要:目的研究福建省居民全氟有机化合物(PFASs)的人体负荷水平。方法在福建省厦门市采集50份母乳样品,乙腈提取并采用超高效液相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱法测定母乳中PFASs的浓度水平。结果母乳中的主要污染物是全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)和全氟辛酸(PFOA),其中位数浓度水平分别为429.59pg/ml和63.91pg/ml。母乳中未检出全氟己酸(PFHxA),全氟庚酸(PFHpA)的检出率仅为30%。全氟壬酸(PFNA)、全氟癸酸(PFDA)、全氟十一酸(PFUdA)和全氟己烷磺酸(PFHxS)的浓度水平均略高于定量限。分析产妇年龄、孕前BMI和饮食习惯对其母乳中PFASs浓度的影响,发现不同年龄、孕前BMI和饮食习惯组间的PFASs浓度水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PFOS和PFOA为厦门市母乳中的主要污染物,PFOS在国内和国际上均处于较高污染水平。Objective To investigate the levels of perfluoroorganic compounds in Fujian residents. Methods Fifty breast milk samples were collected from Xiamen, Fujian. Perfluoroalkyl substances in breast milk were extracted by acetonitrile and determined by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry. Results Perfluorooctane sulfonates (PFOS) and Perfluorooctanoic acid ( PFOA) were the leading PFASs in breast milk, with the media concentration of 429. 59 pg/ml and 63. 91 pg/ml, respectively. No PFHxA was detected in breast milk, and the detection frequency of PFHpA was only 30%. The concentrations of PFNA, PFDA, PFUdA, and PFHxS were slightly higher than the limit of quantitation. There was no statistical significance on the difference in PFASs concentrations between different age groups, BMI and dietary habits(P >0.05 ). Conclusion PFOS and PFOA are the major pollutants in breast milk of Xiamen. The media concentrations of PFOS in this study were much higher than that in other regions in China and other countries.
