摘  要:目的研究载脂蛋白E酶酶基因多态性对肥胖型代谢综合征患者体质量指数(BMI)及皮下脂肪分布的影响。方法选择2016年1月-2017年12月在本院接受诊治的84例肥胖型代谢综合征患者,对其载脂蛋白E酶酶基因多态性、血脂及BMI、皮褶厚度进行检测。结果 H^+H^+-LPL基因型患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB水平均高于H^+H--LPL基因型患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);但2组患者的HDL-C、ApoA、Lp(a)水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);H^+H^+-LPL基因型患者的BMI及肱二头肌皮褶厚度、肩胛下皮褶厚度、皮褶均数均高于H^+H--LPL基因型患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);但2组患者的腹壁皮褶厚度对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论载脂蛋白E酶酶基因多态性对肥胖型代谢综合征患者的BMI及血脂水平、机体各部位脂肪分布存在重要影响,为引起肥胖、血脂异常的主要风险基因。Objective To study the effect of apolipoprotein E enzyme gene polymorphism on BMI index and subcutaneous fat distribution in obese metabolic syndrome patients. Methods 84 patients with obesity-type metabolic syndrome who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in the study. The apolipoprotein E enzyme gene polymorphism,blood lipids,BMI,and skinfold thickness were detected. Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and ApoB in H + H+-LPL genotype patients were higher than those in H + H-LPL genotypes,and the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0.05). HDL-C,ApoA,Lp(a) levels were not statistically significant ( P > 0.05);BMI and biceps skinfold thickness,scapular pleat thickness,and skinfold in H+ H+-LPL genotype patients were higher than those of H + H--LPL genotypes,and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). However,there was no statistical significance on the difference in the thickness of abdominal wall folds between the two groups ( P > 0.05). Conclusion The apolipoprotein E enzyme gene polymorphism has important effects on BMI and blood lipid levels in patients with obesity-type metabolic syndrome,and fat distribution in various parts of the body,and it is the main risk gene for obesity and dyslipidemia.
