2017～2018年我院门诊口服心血管类药物使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的对我院门诊西药房口服心血管类药物使用情况进行分析,为临床合理用药和药品监管提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院2017年1月~2018年12月门诊西药房口服心血管类药物使用总金额、构成比、排序及DDDS等相关数据。结果2017年1月~2018年12月我院使用的心血管药物包括抗心绞痛药、抗动脉粥样硬化药、降压药、抗心律失常药、钙通道阻滞药、扩张血管的药物、调节血脂药、抗休克的血管活性药及慢性心功能不全药物的使用总金额、构成百分比及DDDS排序稳定,其中占全年百分比最小的是抗心律失常药,占全年百分比最大的是降压药、钙通道阻滞药、扩张血管的药物;进口(含合资)和国产口服心血管类药物变化不大,但2018年进口(含合资)类药物略有上升;门诊西药房口服心血管类药物使用金额排序前十的药物分别为硝苯地平控释片、阿托伐他汀片、瑞舒伐他汀钙片、苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片、厄贝沙坦片、盐酸曲美他嗪胶囊、苯磺酸氨氯地平胶囊、厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片、美托洛尔缓释片及氯沙坦钾片,其中从2017~2018年使用金额变化最大的为硝苯地平控释片、阿托伐他汀片及瑞舒伐他汀钙片。结论我院门诊西药房口服心血管类药物使用频率比较稳定,使用情况合理。Objective To analyze the use of oral cardiovascular drugs in western pharmacies of our hospital,and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use and drug supervision.Methods A retrospective analysis of the total amount,composition ratio,ranking and DDDS of oral cardiovascular drugs used in outpatient western pharmacies from January 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed.Results From January 2017 to December 2018,cardiovascular drugs used in our hospital included anti-angina drugs,antiatherosclerotic drugs,antihypertensive drugs,antiarrhythmic drugs,calcium channel blockers,drugs for dilating blood vessels,and regulation.The total amount,composition percentage and DDDS ranking of blood lipid drugs,anti-shock vasoactive drugs and chronic cardiac insufficiency drugs are stable,and the least percentage of the whole year is antiarrhythmia drugs,and the largest percentage of the whole year is antihypertensive drugs.,calcium channel blockers,drugs that dilate blood vessels;imports(including joint ventures)and domestic oral cardiovascular drugs have not changed much,but imports(including joint ventures)have increased slightly in 2018;outpatient western pharmacies take oral cardiovascular drugs The top ten drugs used for the top ten are nifedipine controlled release tablets,atorvastatin tablets,rosuvastatin calcium tablets,levamlodipine besylate tablets,irbesartan tablets,and trimetazidine hydrochloride capsules,amlodipine besylate capsules,irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets,metoprolol sustained-release tablets and losartan potassium tablets,of which the largest change from 2017 to 2018 is the controlled release tablets of nifedipine,Atorvastatin tablets and rosuvastatin calcium tablets.Conclusion The frequency of oral cardiovascular drugs used in the western pharmacy of our hospital is relatively stable and the use is reasonable.
