摘　　要：21世纪以来,国家技术在不断地进步与发展,其中冷链物流方面发展日渐突出。中国冷链物流行业尽管发展前景非常可观,但是尚未形成行业化、社会化、适应市场变化的冷链物流体系。"十三五"以来,宿迁响应国家的号召,物流业快速发展,已经初步形成"一核、五区、多节点"的发展格局,但其物流业"成本高、效率低"的问题依然突出。Since the 21 st century,national technology has been progressing and developing continuously,among which the development of cold chain logistics has become increasingly prominent.The development prospects of China’s cold chain logistics industry are considerable,but its industrialization,socialization and cold chain logistics system adapting to market changes have not yet formed.Since the 13 th Five-Year Plan,Suqian has followed the call of the state,and the logistics industry has developed rapidly.It has initially formed a development pattern of"one core,five districts and multiple nodes",but the problem of"high cost and low efficiency"in its logistics industry is still outstanding.
