金莲清热泡腾片联合康复新对咽峡炎的作用

摘　　要：目的分析金莲清热泡腾片联合康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法选取疱疹性咽峡炎患儿100例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组单独应用金莲清热泡腾片,观察组采用金莲清热泡腾片联合康复新液,比较两组患儿治疗效果及症状消失时间、体温恢复时间。结果观察组患儿体温恢复正常时间、各症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=-4.938,-5.093,-4.775,P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为88%,对照组78%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=5.948,P<0.05)。结论金莲清热泡腾片与康复新液联合治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎,能够有效缓解并改善临床症状。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of jinlian qingre effervescent tablets combined with kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of herpes simplex angina.Methods Selected 100 children with herpetic angina as research,divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.control group was treated with jinlian qingre effervescent tablets,the observation group was treated with jinlian qingre effervescent tablets combined with kangfuxin liquid.Compared the treatment effect,the disappearance time of symptoms and the recovery time.Results The returned temperature,the rogue disappearance time,and the disappearance time had statistically significant(t=-4.938,-5.903,-4.775,P<0.05).The difference of comparison of total efficiency was statistically significant(χ^2=5.948,P<0.05).Conclusion Jinlian qingre effervescent tablets combined with kangfuxin liquid for the treatment of herpes simplex angina can effectively alleviate and improve clinical symptoms.
