电温针灸在原发性痛经治疗中的价值体现

摘　　要：目的应用电温针灸治疗原发性痛经,并分析其临床治疗效果。方法纳入受试者总计66例,均为我院2017年5月-2018年11月收治的原发性痛经患者,通过计算机软件随机分为对照组与电温针灸组,每组33例,对照组采用常规口服药物治疗,分析组采用常规口服药物结合电温针灸治疗,治疗结束后对两组的组间治疗效果、视觉疼痛评分(VAS)、前列环素E2(PGE2)进行分析比较。结果分析组治疗总有效率93.94%,高于对照组63.64%,χ^2=9.065 9,P=0.002 6;治疗后,分析组PGE2(278.05±38.61)ng/L低于对照组PGE2(325.44±42.35)ng/L,χ^2=4.750 3,P=0.000 0;分析组VAS(4.37±0.37)分低于对照组VAS(5.87±0.70)分,χ^2=10.883 0,P=0.000 0。结论在原发性痛经的治疗中,联合电温针灸治疗,可以促进临床效果提升,减少疼痛的影响。Objective To treat primary dysmenorrhea with electro-warming acupuncture and moxibustion,and analyze its clinical therapeutic effect.Methods A total of 66 patients with primary dysmenorrhea admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into control group and electro-thermal acupuncture group through computer software averagely.Control group was treated with conventional oral medicine,while electro-thermal acupuncture group was treated with conventional oral medicine combined with electro-thermal acupuncture.Pain score(VAS)and prostacyclin E2(PGE2)were compared.Results The total effective rate was 93.94%,significantly higher than that of the control group(63.64%),χ^2=9.065 9,P=0.002 6.After treatment,PGE2(278.05±38.61)ng/L in the analysis group was lower than that in the control group(325.44±42.35)ng/L,χ^2=4.750 3,P=0.000 0.The VAS score(4.37±0.37)in the analysis group was lower than that in the control group(5.87±0.70),χ^2=10.883 0,P=0.000 0.Conclusion In the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,the combination of electro-warming acupuncture and moxibustion can promote the clinical effect and reduce the impact of pain.
