摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌患者筛查生化指标联合肿瘤标志物的应用价值。方法将我院自2016年1月-2018年12月收治的经组织病理学确诊结直肠癌患者96例作为研究对象,随机选取同期入院接受体检的健康人群95例作为对照组,检测两组对象各项生化指标和肿瘤标志物水平,分析两者诊断结直肠癌以及判定预后的价值。结果研究组患者LDL-C、HDL-C、TC等血清生化指标的水平均低于健康对照组,研究组患者CA19-9、CEA和CA724水平均高于对健康对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清LDL-C、HDL-C、TC等生化指标联合CA19-9、CEA和肿瘤标志物对筛查结肠癌具有积极的参考价值,也为患者的治疗效果和预后判定提供参考依据。Objective To investigate the value of biochemical detection combined tumor markers in screening of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 96 cases of patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed by pathology in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the study group and 95 healthy people who were admitted to hospital for physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of biochemical indexes and tumor markers were detected in the two groups,and the value of diagnosis and prognosis of colorectal cancer was analyzed.Results The levels of LDL-C,HDL-C and TC in study group were significantly lower than in control group,and the levels of CA19-9,CEA and CA724 in study group were significantly higher than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum LDL-C,HDL-C,TC and other biochemical indicators combined with CA19-9,CEA and tumor markers not only have a positive reference value for screening colon cancer,but also provide a reference basis for the treatment effect and prognosis of patients.
