摘 要:目的探讨多元化健康教育应用于胸外科在临床效果与安全性方的影响。方法选择2018年9月-2019年3月我院收治的胸外科患者45例,以患者手术日期为参考划分为观察组(21例)与对照组(24例),对照组围术期接受常规护理,观察组围术期接受常规护理+多元化健康教育,比对两组的健康知识掌握评分、置管时间、住院时间以及并发症发生率。结果观察组的健康知识掌握评分高于对照组,置管时间、住院时间均短于对照组,即相应数据组间差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为9.52%,低于对照组的37.50%,两组数据进行对比分析,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育应用于胸外科患者,可以缩短置管时间,促进患者康复,同时还能减少并发症风险。Objective To explore the influence of diversified health education on the clinical effect and safety of thoracic surgery.Methods Forty-five patients with thoracic surgery admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled in the observation group(21 cases)and the control group(24 cases).The control group received perioperative period.For routine nursing,the observation group received routine nursing+diversified health education during the perioperative period.The health knowledge scores,catheterization time,hospitalization time,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The health knowledge acquisition score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The catheterization time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group,that is,the statistical significance of the corresponding data group was established(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 9.52%.Compared with the control group of 37.50%,the data of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education applied to patients with thoracic surgery can shorten the time of catheterization,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and reduce the risk of complications.
