功能性便秘患者的社会人口学特征与精神心理状况研究进展

摘　　要：功能性便秘是临床最常见的功能性肠病之一,主要表现为排便困难、排便次数减少和(或)排便不尽感。目前,功能性便秘的病因和发病机制尚未完全阐明。随着研究的不断深入,社会人口学特征(尤其是性别、年龄、民族、职业等)和精神心理因素对功能性便秘发病的影响日益凸显。未来,希望能通过分析社会人口学特征、精神心理因素与功能性便秘发病的相关性,探讨综合干预治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效,拓宽临床思路,并重视社会人口学特征和精神心理因素在功能性便秘治疗中的作用,从而达到更好的治疗效果。Functional constipation is one of the most common functional bowel diseases in clinical practice,which is mainly manifested by difficulty in defecation,reduction of defecation frequency and/or sense of endless defecation.At pre- sent ,the etiology and pathogenesis of functional constipation have not been fully elucidated.With the continuous deepening of the research,the influence of social demographic characteristics (especially gender,age,nationality,occupation,etc.) and mental psychosocial status on the incidence of functional constipation has become increasingly prominent.In the future,we hope to explore the clinical efficacy of comprehensive intervention in the treatment of functional constipation by analyzing the correlation between social demographic characteristics,psycho-psychological factors and the onset of functional constipation,so as to broaden the clinical thinking,and attach importance to the role of social demographic characteristics and psycho-psychological factors in the treatment,to achieve better therapeutic results.
