摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)与胃肠道内外多种疾病的发生、发展相关,Hp感染不仅累及消化系统,还可累及呼吸、循环、血液等系统,在许多疾病中根除治疗有明显的益处。虽然Hp感染的利弊仍存在争议,但Hp是胃炎的主要原因是公认的,被认为是上消化道疾病发展的关键因素。Hp导致胃肠道内外多系统疾病与全身免疫和炎症反应密切相关。其中在心脑血管疾病中可能还涉及血脂异常、血管内皮损伤及高同型半胱氨酸血症等,Hp影响血小板和红细胞导致血液系统改变的具体机制尚不十分明确。Helicobacter pylori( Hp) is related to the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases inside and outside the gastrointestinal tract. Hp infection involves not only the digestive system,but also many other systems,such as respiratory,circulatory,blood system,etc.,and the eradication has obvious benefits in the treatment of many diseases.Although the pros and cons of Hp infection are still controversial,it is recognized that Hp is the main cause of gastritis and is considered to be a key factor in the development of upper gastrointestinal diseases. Hp causes multisystem diseases of gastrointestinal tract and is closely related to systemic immunity and inflammatory response. And it may also be involved in dyslipidemia,vascular endothelial injury and hyperhomocysteinemia in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,while the specific mechanism of Hp influence on platelets and erythrocytes leading to changes in the blood system is not very clear.
