摘  要:格雷夫斯眼病(GO)主要累及眼眶组织,与细胞免疫、体液免疫及氧化应激密切相关。硒是人体必需的微量元素,以硒蛋白形式在体内发挥特定的生物学效应,对人类免疫系统的调节起重要作用。缺硒可导致免疫功能失调,可能是GO的独立危险因素,GO与缺硒相关,补硒对GO的治疗效果较好。硒制剂治疗GO的主要作用机制是抗氧化应激、免疫调节、抑制炎症细胞因子生成、抑制促甲状腺激素受体抗体及甲状腺过氧化物酶自身抗体分泌、抑制人类白细胞抗原DR的表达。Graves ophthalmopathy(GO) mainly affects the orbital tissue,which is closely related to cellular immunity,humoral immunity and oxidative stress.Selenium,as an essential trace element in human body,exerts a specific biological effect in the form of selenoprotein and plays an important role in regulating human immune system.Selenium deficiency can lead to immune dysfunction and it may be an independent risk factor for GO.GO is related to selenium deficiency,and selenium supplementation has a good therapeutic effect on GO.Main mechanisms of action of selenium preparation in the treatment of GO are anti- oxidative stress,immune regulation,inhibition on the production of inflammatory cytokines,inhibition on the secretion of TRAb and TPOAb and inhibition on the expression of HLA-DR in cells.
