摘 要:近年来,各个领域的巨大进步使得脊柱外科发展成一门与骨科、创伤外科、神经外科等学科相协调且日益重要的学科。随着各种物理学、生物学技术与微创技术融合应用于微创脊柱外科手术中,内镜技术、计算机辅助导航技术、机器人技术、智能植入物、生物材料的开发以及骨骼和椎间盘的组织工程等领域的持续进步使得脊柱外科技术日益进展。而微创手术在脊柱外科手术占据了举足轻重的地位,它使得皮肤切口更小、对邻近组织创伤更小、恢复时间更快、疼痛缓解更明显及相关神经损伤情况更少,从而更快恢复功能状态。未来,众多学科的发展可促进微创手术的进步,进而推动脊柱外科学进展。In recent years,tremendous advances in various fields have led to the development of spine surgery into an increasingly important discipline that coordinates with disciplines such as orthopedics,trauma surgery,and neurosurgery.With the integration of various physics,biology and minimally invasive techniques in minimally invasive spinal surgery,continuous progress in endoscopic techniques,computer-aided navigation techniques,robotics,intelligent implants,development of biomaterials and bone and intervertebral discs tissue engineering,have led to an increasing advancement in spine surgery.Minimally invasive surgery plays a pivotal role in spinal surgery,which brings about smaller skin incisions,less trauma to adjacent tissue,faster recovery,more obvious pain relief,and less associated nerve damage, resulting in faster recovery of functional status.In the future,the development of many disciplines will promote the progress of minimally invasive surgery,to further promote the progress of spinal surgery.
