摘　　要：为解决GDX1包装机组烟包输出转盘变速系统故障率高等问题,对该系统进行了改进。通过分析变速系统的运动特点,结合铰链连接的磨损计算方法,在系统中引入双行星轮结构,增加受力零件数量,以提升零件寿命。采用PROE软件对改进前后系统进行受力分析,结果显示改进后中心轴基本不承受径向力,销轴的受力降低一半。以GDX1包装机组生产的“好日子(珍品)”牌卷烟为对象进行测试,结果表明:改进后变速系统运转稳定,烟包输出转盘故障次数降低75%,维修间隔延长7.3个月,每年每台设备节省维修费用2335.8元。该技术可为提高包装机组工作性能提供支持。The variable-speed system of cigarette packet discharger turret in GDX1 packer was modified to reduce its failure rate. By analyzing the movement of the system and calculating the wear of the hinge joint, a dual planetary gear mechanism was configured to share the load and prolong the working life of the parts. The mechanical analysis of the system was carried out with PROE software before and after modification, which indicated that basically there was no radial force acting on the center shaft and the force acting on the pin shaft reduced by 50% after modification. GDX1 packer was tested on cigarettes of brand"Good Day(Treasure)", the results showed that the modified variable-speed system ran stably, the failure rate of the discharger turret decreased by 75%, and maintenance interval prolonged by 7.3 months. The maintenance cost of 2 335.8 RMB yuan was saved for each packer per year. This technology provides a support for improving the performance of cigarette packing line.
