高校图书馆民国文献数字资源建设现状及其对策研究

摘　　要：随着民国文献商业数据库产品的大量推出以及各馆自建数据库的加强,数字资源已经成为图书馆民国文献资源建设的重要方向,各馆均非常重视通过购买商业数据库及自建数据库的方式,与纸本文献一起,共同构建完善的民国文献资源体系.对于原版纸质民国文献馆藏现状的调研,学界和业界都非常重视,但对数字资源馆藏现状的调研,则尚未得到关注.文章在对全国21家纸质民国文献馆藏丰富的综合性高校图书馆网站进行查询的基础上,概括各馆民国文献数字资源在馆藏数量、数据库品种、资源结构等方面的现状,总结数字资源馆藏建设的特点,指出资源建设中存在发展不均衡、重复建设、重复购买、开放获取程度低等诸多问题,并提出相关的对策建议.With the development of large-scale commercial database products of literature in the Republic of China and the strengthening of self-built databases in various libraries, digital resources have become an important direction for the construction on literature of the Republic of China in the library. Each library attaches great importance to combine commercial databases with self-built databases, together with the paper resources, building a sound literature resource system for the Republic of China. To the investigation of the current collections of the original paper resources in the Republic of China, both the academia and the industry have paid great importance, but the investigation of current status of digital resources collections has not received enough attention. On the basis of inquiring about the comprehensive databases of 21 university library websites where there are rich collections of literature of the Republic of China, this article summarizes current status of each library’s collection quantity, database varieties and resources configuration, etc., and generalizes the characteristics of digital collections construction, points out that there are many problems in the construction of resources, such as uneven development, redundant construction, repeated purchases, low degree of open access, and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
