摘　　要：政府数据开放协同机制有助于实现政府数据的价值目标.论文以政府数据开放生态系统为视角,在分析目标一致、主体多元、客体多样、技术多维动议的基础上,构建了由主体协同、政策协同、资源协同、技术协同组成的政府数据开放协同机制;最后,通过对贵州省政府数据开放的访谈和相关政策分析,把政府数据开放协同机制构成要素与贵州省案例进行映射,验证了协同机制的合理性.The collaboration mechanism of open government data is to facilitate achieving the value goal of government data. From the perspectives of the open data ecosystem of government data, based on the analysis of the objectives of the goal, the diversity of subjects, the diversity of objects, and the technical multidimensional motion, this paper constructs a collaboration mechanism for open government data consisting of subject coordination, policy coordination, resource coordination and technology synergy. Finally, through the interviews and policies analysis of open government data in Guizhou Province, the elements of open government data collaboration mechanism are mapped with the case of Guizhou Province, which verifies its rationality.
