摘 要:创客文化是融创造与休闲于一体的乐生文化,是休闲的创造化和创造的休闲化。创客活动是自由的对象化活动,是兴趣主导、开放共享、融休闲与创造于一体的自由造物活动,是人的本质力量的实现和确证。要以提高创新意识和创新能力为宗旨改造人们的休闲文化,把休闲导向创造,把创造植入休闲,促进国民养成以创新为乐的休闲文化,形成寓创于乐的休闲生活方式,以此培育和强化中华文化的创新基因,促进自主创新能力的提升和创新发展的可持续性。要加大对民营创客空间的支持力度,把创客文化和创客教育的理念和制度深度植入国民教育体系。要重视打造创客产业链,形成创客经济与创客文化的相互促进。要积极推进创客活动,以迎接智能革命的机遇与挑战。Maker culture is a happy life culture that integrates creation and leisure, and it is the creation of leisure and the leisure of creation. Maker activities are free objectified activities, and it is a free creation activity with interest-oriented, open sharing, leisure and creation as one, and it is the realization and confirmation of human’s essential strength. In order to cultivate and strengthen the innovative gene of Chinese culture and promote the ability of independent innovation, we should reform people’s leisure culture with the aim of improving innovative consciousness and ability, orient leisure to creation, implant creativity into leisure, promote people to develop leisure culture with creativity as its pleasure, and form a leisure life style with creativity as its pleasure. We should strengthen the support for private creators’space and deeply implant the concept and system of makers’culture and education into the national education system. We should attach great importance to creating a creator industry chain, and form the mutual promotion between the maker economy and the maker culture. We should actively promote the campaign of maker in order to meet the opportunities and challenges of the intellectual revolution.
