摘  要:本研究采用小区试验方法,围绕利用微生物调控土壤质量的目标,利用具有土壤改良活性、并且适应于潍坊土壤生态的微生物,研究以生物质材料及水为载体的菌剂制剂化技术,研制开发适合常规施肥和水肥一体化体制下的液态、固态菌剂及不同菌剂的配伍;探索菌剂的田间施用技术,分析复合微生物菌剂对土壤生态改良的效果,考量其对烟草农艺性状的影响,达到土壤改良和调节产量与品质的协调。结果表明,木霉菌剂在烟草不同生长时期,对烟草的各个农艺性状,包括株高、茎粗、叶长、叶宽、叶片数及叶面积等都具有不同程度的促进效果。In this study,a plot experiment method was used to study the preparation technology of microbial agents based on biomass materials and water,and to develop the compatibility of liquid and solid microbial agents and different microbial agents suitable for conventional fertilization and water-fertilizer integrated system,focusing on the goal of using microorganisms to control soil quality,using microorganisms with soil amelioration activity and adapting to Weifang soil ecology.To explore the field application technology of microbial agents,analyze the effect of compound microbial agents on soil ecological improvement,and consider its impact on tobacco agronomic characteristics,so as to achieve soil improvement and adjust the coordination of yield and quality.The results showed that Trichoderma fungi had different effects on the agronomic traits of tobacco,including plant height,stem diameter,leaf length,leaf width,leaf number and leaf area.
