摘  要:为探明氮肥对稻米品质和产量的影响,以优质常规稻滇屯502、优质杂交稻宜香优2115、杂交稻区试苗头组合源两优325为材料,研究不同施氮量、施肥时期对3个品种的稻米品质及产量的影响。结果表明:增施氮肥不利于食味品质改善,但对产量增加有一定促进作用、对碾米品质和外观品质均有改善作用,且常规稻较杂交稻对氮肥反应敏感。从相关性分析可知,味值与蛋白质含量呈极显著负相关关系。说明氮肥施用是影响稻米品质的主要栽培因素之一。In order to explore the effects of nitrogen fertilizer on rice quality and yield,different nitrogen application rates were studied by using high-quality conventional rice cultivars 502,high-quality hybrid rice Yixiangyou 2115,and hybrid rice regional trial seeding combination source Liangyou 325.The effects of fertilization period on rice quality and yield of three varieties showed that the application of nitrogen fertilizer was not conducive to the improvement of eating quality,but it also promoted the increase of yield,improved the quality and appearance quality of rice,and conventional rice.Hybrid rice was more sensitive to nitrogen fertilizer response.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between taste value and protein content.It indicated that nitrogen fertilizer application is one of the main cultivation factors affecting rice quality.
