摘 要:为棉花耐磷品种的选育和耐磷机理的研究提供科学依据,以12个棉花品种为材料,采用水培法设置2个磷处理水平(适磷水平1mmol/L和低磷水平0.01mmol/L),测定棉花苗期14个生理指标,以各单项指标的耐磷系数为依据,通过主成分分析、聚类分析和逐步回归对棉花耐磷性进行综合评价并分类。结果表明:12个棉花品种中磷敏感型品种4个,弱耐磷型品种4个,中度耐磷型品种3个,高度耐磷型品种1个;建立了棉花幼苗耐磷性评价回归模型D=-3.329+1.773PH-7.724FWTL+10.826TFA-2.37UDW+1.212RSR,方程决定系数R2=0.965。筛选出影响棉花幼苗耐磷能力的5个单项指标即株高、真叶鲜重、总叶面积、地下部干重和根冠比。14 physiological indexes of 12 cotton varieties are determined at seedling stage by a hydroponics method with two phosphorus treatment levels of 1 mmol/L(suitable level)and 0.01 mmol/L(low level)and the phosphorus tolerance of 12 cotton varieties are comprehensively evaluated and classified by principal component analysis,clustering analysis and stepwise regression methods based on the phosphorus tolerance coefficients of each single index of 12 tested cotton varieties to provide the scientific basis for breeding of cotton varieties with phosphorus tolerance and research of phosphorus tolerance mechanism.Result:There are 4 varieties with phosphorus sensitive type,4 varieties with low phosphorus tolerance type,3 varieties with moderate phosphorus tolerance type and 1 variety with high phosphorus tolerance type.The established regression model for phosphorus tolerance evaluation of cotton seedlings is D=-3.329+1.773PH-7.724FWTL+10.826TFA-2.37UDW+1.212RSR(R 2=0.965).Five indexes affecting phosphorus tolerance of cotton seedlings are height,fresh true leaf weight,total leaf area,dry underground weight and root/shoot ratio respectively.
