摘  要:为促进贵州省农业高质量发展,提高贵州省农业生产效率,基于贵州省9个市州2005―2014年农业投入产出的面板数据,运用DEA-Malmquist模型对生产效率进行测算和分析。结果表明:贵州省农业全要素生产率年均增长率为―1.9%,呈下降态势,下降的主要原因是纯技术效率和规模效率的降低;贵州省各市州全要素生产率下降的主导因素不同;Malmquist指数随时间波动的主要原因是技术水平的变化,技术水平的提高对生产率的提升具有非常大的作用。建议从规模化经营提升管理水平,并加强技术创新和科技成果转化等方面提升贵州省的农业生产效率。The production efficiency was calculated and analyzed by DEA-Malmquist model based on the panel data of agricultural input and output in 9 cities(prefectures),Guizhou from^2005 to 2014 to promote high-quality development of agriculture and improve agricultural production efficiency in Guizhou.Result:The average annual growth rate of total factor productivity is-1.9%and shows a decline trend,which is mainly caused by decrease of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency.The dominant factors to cause total factor productivity decline are different in 9 cities(prefectures),Guizhou.The dominant reason to cause fluctuation of Malmquist index with time is change of technological level,which indicates that the improvement of technological level plays a great role in productivity improvement.The agricultural productivity should be improved by using large-scale operation,promoting management level,strengthening technological innovation and speeding up transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Guizhou.
