从“益火之源”论慢性心衰的辨治心得

摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭实为本虚标实之证,病理因素为痰浊、水饮、瘀血(表实),而病机为阳气虚衰(本虚),尤以心肾二脏阳虚最为主要。治疗上除活血利水化痰治其标,还应使用益气温阳的药物扶助人体阳气,消除阴翳,其中当以温补心肾之阳最为关键。Chronic heart failure(CHF) is the syndrome of ostensible excess and actually Deficiency. Pathological factors are phlegm turbidity, water drinking, congestion(superficial Shi), and pathogenesis is deficiency of Yang(essentially Xu), especially deficiency of Yang in heart and kidney. In addition to promoting blood circulation, promoting water and resolving phlegm, we should also use medicines to promote body Yang and eliminate Yin, among which warming and tonifying heart and kidney Yang is the key.
