中药朱砂七中活性成分分析

摘　　要：目的建立测定中药朱砂七中蒽醌及二苯乙烯类化合物含量的方法,并对其免疫活性进行检测。方法采用高效液相色谱法同时测定朱砂七中蒽醌及二苯乙烯类的含量;采用改良的MTT比色法测定小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应。结果在所测试范围内,6种蒽醌及二苯乙烯类各成分线性关系均良好;不同浓度的二苯乙烯类化合物均能促进正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞体外增殖。结论朱砂七中富含二苯乙烯类成分,该类成分具有促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的作用,具有一定的体外免疫活性,为其进一步的开发利用奠定基础。OBJECTIVE To describe a HPLC method for assessing stilbenes and anthraquinones in Zhushaqi,and to test its immunological activity. METHODS The content of 6 stilbenes and anthraquinones in Zhushaqi were determined by HPLC.Using improved MTT ratio Colorimetric to determine the mouse spleen lymphocyte proliferation response. RESULTS Within the tested range,the linear relationships of the six components of bismuth and stilbene were good.Different concentrations of stilbene compounds could promote the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes in normal mice. CONCLUSION ZhuShaQi is rich in stilbene components,which can promote the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocytes,and has certain immune activity in vitro,which lays a foundation for further development and utilization.
