摘　　要：综述了用高效液相色谱法测定紫杉醇在生物体血浆中浓度的分析方法的研究现状、色谱条件模式、血浆样品的前处理和内标物的筛选等,为临床紫杉醇血药浓度的监测提供简便、灵敏度好、专属性强、精确度高的研究方法。Determination the plasma concentration of Paclitaxel by HPLC were summarized in this paper,including the research status,chromatographic condition mode,plasma sample pretreatment and internal standard substance screening,etc.This paper is aimed at establishing a research method of paclitaxel for clinical blood drug concentration monitoring with easy operation,good sensitivity,strong specificity and high precision.
