摘  要:目的 探讨康复新液治疗空洞型肺结核的临床疗效。方法 本研究选取2016年1月至2018年6月我院诊治的60例初治空洞型肺结核患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,两组均采用短程化疗方案治疗,实验组全程联合康复新液口服。对两组患者的临床疗效及药物不良反应进行评估比较。结果 实验组治疗2、6个月的痰菌阴转率均高于对照组(χ^2=4.444,4.320,P<0.05),经过治疗后,实验组的空洞闭合情况优于对照组(z=2.891,P<0.05),实验组的治疗有效率高于对照组(χ^2=5.963,P<0.05),两组发生血尿酸升高,肝功能损害,膝关节疼痛的发生率数据差异不具有统计学意义(χ^2=0.144,0.000,0.517,P>0.05),对照组出现胃肠道反应的比例高于实验组(χ^2=4.812,P<0.05)。结论 康复液可加快空洞型肺结核患者痰菌的阴转和空洞的闭合速度,降低药物的胃肠道反应,对结核病的治疗有辅助作用。OBJECTIVE To discuss the curative effect of Kangfuxin Liquid on cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis. METHODS Sixty patients with newly diagnosed cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of YouJiang Medical University for Nationalities from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Both groups were treated with short-course chemotherapy.The experimental group was combined with Kangfuxin liquid.The clinical efficacy and the adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated and compared. RESULTS The conversion rate of sputum in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group at 2 and 6 months (χ^2=4.444,4.320, P <0.05).After treatment,the void closure of the experimental group was superior to the control group (z=2.891, P <0.05).The treatment efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^ 2=5.963, P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of blood uric acid,liver function damage,and knee pain between the two groups(χ^2=0.144,0.000,0.517, P >0.05).The proportion of gastrointestinal reactions in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group (χ^2=4.812, P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS Kangfuxin liquid can obviously shorten the time for the sputum negative conversion and the cavity occlusion,reduce the incidence of drug-induced gastrointestinal reaction in the treatment of cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis.
