摘 要:为提高测井系统的集成度和可靠性,降低功耗和成本,增强系统的灵活性,叙述了生产测井领域常用的数字基带各种传输码型信号的输入电缆匹配问题及输出信号的电缆匹配问题。描述基于PXI总线的新型数控测井地面系统研发项目中,采用大规模现场可编程门阵列FPGA针对常用数字基带测井信号处理技术,实现了数字基带编码信号的编、解码硬件设计。FPGA和CPU相互连接,硬件设计冗余度好,灵活控制测井信号的数据采集方式,内部逻辑可以根据实际测井需要,由地面主机控制进行FPGA配置寄存器控制,编码、解码设计灵活,可随时优化FPGA设计,完成了数字基带编码测井信号双向数据传输的地面硬件多种测井功能。In order to improve the integration and reliability of the system,reduce the power consumption and the cost,enhance the flexibility of the system,this paper describes the matching problem of input cable and output cable of various digital baseband transmission codes commonly used in the field of production logging,and describes the development of a new type of ground numerical control logging based on PXI bus.In the project,a large-scale field programmable gate array(FPGA)is used to realize the hardware design of encoding and decoding of digital baseband coded signals for common digital baseband logging signal processing techniques.The FPGA and CPU are interconnected,the hardware design is redundant,and the data acquisition mode of the logging signal is flexibly controlled.The internal logic can be controlled by the ground host computer according to the actual logging needs.The design of the encoding and decoding is flexible,and the design of the FPGA can be optimized at any time.The bidirectional digital baseband coded logging signal is completed.Data transmission ground hardware many logging functions.
