摘  要:为了进一步提高了电机的可靠性和工艺性,缩短研制周期,在中频电机设计过程中,重点研究了定子的绝缘设计、定子铁芯设计、转子设计、高比功率耐热设计等关键技术。试验结果表明通过研究电机定转子的关键技术,提高了产品质量,产品合格和成品率都有提升,完全满足设计和使用要求。The key technologies of stator and rotor design of a medium frequency asynchronous motor with a high ratio of power to weight(medium frequency electric motor for short)used in aerospace servo systems are discussed.In the design process of a medium frequency electric motor,the key technologies such as stator insulation design,stator core design,rotor design and heat-resistance design are studied,which improve the reliability and craft forwardly and shorten the research&design period of the motor.The experimental results show that through the research of the key technologies of motor’s stator and rotor design,we can the enhance product quality,improve the yield and reliability and meet the requirements of design and operation.
