摘 要:冬小麦是我国主要的粮食作物之一,千粒质量是检验冬小麦种子质量和小麦育种中重要的考察指标。在不同水肥条件下测定冬小麦的千粒质量积累的变化,对于冬小麦科研育种工作以及农业生产都具有极其重要的意义。试验以冬小麦品种农大189为材料,在4个水分处理下分别设置3个施肥条件,在开花后不同时期测定其千粒质量。结果表明,不同水肥条件下,冬小麦千粒质量变化和积累趋势一致,均呈“S”型曲线变化;高水肥条件会将冬小麦千粒质量积累的快速增长期提前。水肥条件超过一定界限会对冬小麦千粒质量的积累产生不利影响。Winter wheat is one of the main food crops, and 1 000-grain quality is an important index to test the seed quality of winter wheat and wheat breeding. It is of great significance to determine the change of 1 000-grain quality accumulation of winter wheat under different water and fertilizer conditions for scientific research and breeding of winter wheat and agricultural production. In this experiment, winter wheat variety Nongda 189 was used as material to set up three fertilizer conditions under four water treatments, and the 1 000-grain quality was measured according to different periods after anthesis. The results showed that the variation and accumulation trend of 1 000-grain quality of winter wheat were the same under different water and fertilizer conditions, and all of them showed "S" curve. High water and fertilizer conditions will advance the rapid growth period of 1 000-grain quality accumulation in winter wheat. Water and fertilizer conditions would affect the accumulation of 1 000-grain quality of winter wheat, when the water and fertilizer conditions exceeded a certain limit.
