摘 要:采用温室大棚盆栽试验,研究5种不同质量浓度的硒肥(0,0.3,0.6,0.9,1.2mg/kg)对油麦菜植株的生长、产量和品质的影响。结果表明,适宜浓度的硒肥可以改善油麦菜的品质,低浓度的硒肥溶液不仅可以有效地促进油麦菜中可溶性糖含量的增长,还可以促进油麦菜中维生素C含量、蛋白质含量和叶绿素含量的增长,而高浓度的硒肥溶液反而会降低油麦菜的品质;不同质量浓度的硒肥对油麦菜的产量没有促进作用,并且当硒肥质量浓度较高时反而会降低油麦菜的产量。0.3mg/kg的硒肥是提高油麦菜产量和改善品质的最适浓度。Pot experiment in greenhouse was conducted to study the effects of selenium fertilizer solution with different concentrations(0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2 mg/kg)on the growth, yield and quality of lettuce. The results showed that selenium solution did not promote the yield of lettuce, and when the concentration of selenium fertilizer was relatively high, it would reduce the yield of lettuce. Low concentration selenium fertilizer solution could not only effectively promote the increase of soluble sugar content, but also promote the increase of vitamin C content, protein content and chlorophyll content in lettuce. However, the high concentration of selenium fertilizer solution reduced the quality of lettuce. The results showed that 0.3 mg/kg was the optimum concentration of selenium fertilizer to improve the yield and quality of lettuce.
