摘 要:选择不同首免日龄(1,2,4,6日龄)、不同免疫间隔期(间隔3,5,7,9,11d)进行一次单剂量、单剂量重复和一次超剂量接种安全试验,计算相对增质量率、卵囊减少率、抗球虫指数(ACI)及病变记分、病变记分减少率(RLS),以确定堆型艾美耳球虫疫苗虫株最小首免日龄、免疫间隔期及安全性。结果表明,于4日龄以上首免组鸡攻毒后,十二指肠平均病变记分<1、RLS≥70%、死亡率为0、相对增质量率≥80%、卵囊减少率≥75%和ACI≥180,获得了良好的免疫效果,表明该疫苗虫株的最小首免日龄为4日龄;免疫间隔7,9,11d的免疫攻毒鸡相对增质量率在90%以上、ACI到达185以上,表明二次免疫间隔7d即可达到免疫效果;一次单剂量、单剂量重复和一次超剂量接种安全试验均发现,鸡肠道损伤较轻,病变记分均≤1,相对增质量率达到80%以上,表明鸡球虫病弱毒活疫苗(早熟株)符合疫苗安全性要求。To determine the minimum immunization first immunization age, immune interval and safety of a precocious strain of Eimeria acervulina, different first immunization days(1, 2, 4, 6 d), different immunization intervals(3, 5, 7, 9, 11 d), the tests of single-dose inoculated safety, single-dose repeat inoculated safety and overdosage inoculated safety were carried out simultaneously. The relative quality gain rate, oocyst reduction rate, anti-coccidial index(ACI), lesion score and lesion integral reduction rate(RLS)were calculated. The results showed that when the immunized chickens over 4 days of age, the duodenal mean lesion scores<1, RLS≥70%, mortality rate was 0, relative quality gain rate≥80%, oocyst reduction rate≥75% and ACI≥180, achieved protective effect. The results of the groups immunized for the second time 7, 9, 11 d, respectively, showed the relative quality gain rates≥90%, ACI≥185, which proved that 7 d was the best immune interval. The tests of single-dose inoculated safety, single-dose repeat inoculated safety and overdosage inoculated safety showed that chicken intestinal injury was slight, the lesion scores≤1 and the relative quality gain rate≥80%, proved that the precocious strains of Eimeria acervulina accorded with the vaccine safety requirements.
