摘 要:采用事故树分析方法对露天矿半连续采煤系统故障因素展开分析,建立系统事故树,利用布尔代数法简化事故树,得到最小割集和最小径集,进行初步的定性分析.结合矿山实际生产数据,从概率重要度和临界重要度两方面入手进行定量分析,对各个因素分析比较,指出主要的影响因素,揭露半连续采煤系统易发生故障的薄弱环节,针对性提出有利于系统稳定的措施.Through the fault tree analysis method,the fault factors of semi-continuous coal handling system in open pit mine are systematically analyzed.The accident tree of semi-continuous coal handling system in open pit mine is established.The minimum cut set and minimum path set are simplified by using Boolean algebra method to simplify the fault tree,preliminary qualitative analysis.Combined with the actual production data of the mine,quantitative analysis is carried out from the two aspects of probability importance and critical importance.The factors are analyzed and compared,and the main factors of each influencing factor are pointed out.The failure rate of semi-continuous coal transportation system is obtained.The proposed measures are conducive to system stability.
