摘 要:目的:对医用电子直线加速器专用加速管开展故障树分析,提高其核心部件的可靠性,降低整机故障率。方法:利用故障树分析法建立医用电子直线加速器专用加速管的故障树,并对其进行定性与定量分析。结果:通过对某公司电子枪灯丝断开等数据的分析,找到了医用电子直线加速器专用加速管的薄弱环节,提出了相应改进措施。结论:故障树分析法在医用电子直线加速器中的应用具有一定可行性,对行业内同类企业产品的可靠性分析具有借鉴意义。Objective To execute fault tree analysis on the acceleration tube of the medical electron linear accelerator so as to increase the reliability of its core components while decrease the fault rate. Methods A fault tree was established over the acceleration tube of the medical electron linear accelerator, which was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Results The weaknesses of the acceleration tube of the medical electron linear accelerator were found by investigating the fault data of the electron gun of some company such as filament burn-out, and then some improvement countermeasures were put forward accordingly. Conclusion It’s feasible to apply fault tree analysis in medical electron linear accelerator, which might be used for the reliability analysis of similar products of peer companies.
