摘  要:目的:对某院M6型射波刀新建机房进行辐射防护计算,评价其对周边环境的影响。方法:依据GBZ126—2011《电子加速器放射治疗防护要求》、GBZ/T201.1—2007《放射治疗机房的辐射屏蔽规范第1部分:一般原则》和GBZ/T201.2—2011《放射治疗机房的辐射屏蔽规范第2部分:电子直线加速器放射治疗机房》等辐射防护安全标准法规,参照IAEA Safety Reports Series No.47及NCRP Report No.151推荐的方法和相关参数,假设工作负荷为20人次/d,计算M6型射波刀运行时对机房周边环境的影响。结果:根据预设工作负荷,M6型射波刀运行时,防护门外辐射剂量率为1.09μGy/h,工作人员所受外照射剂量值约为0.04mSv/a,周围群众所受剂量不超过0.04mSv/a。治疗室周边辐射污染远小于防护限制要求,满足防护安全标准法规要求。结论:某院M6型射波刀机房屏蔽效果良好,可为其他医疗单位的机房建设提供参考。Objective To calculate the radiation protection shielding of the new M6 CyberKnife room and evaluate its impact on the surrounding environment. Methods Calculation of M6 CyberKnife impact on the surrounding environment was executed according to radiation safety standards and laws such as GBZ 126-2011 Radiological protection standard of electron accelerator in radiotherapy, GBZ/T 201.1-2007 Radiation shielding requirements in room of radiotherapy installations-part1: general principle and GBZ/T 201.2-2011 Radiation shielding requirements for radiotherapy room-part 2: radiotherapy room of electron linear accelerators, which adopted the methods and parameters recommended by IAEA Safety Reports Series No. 47 and NCRP Report No. 151 as well as the workload being 20 persons per day. Results In case of the preset workload,the leakage dose rate outside the protective door was 1.09 μGy/h;the received dose by the staff was about 0.04 mSv/a, and by the public was less than 0.04 mSv/a;the leakage dose around the area was far less than the requirement of protection limit and met the requirements of relevant laws and regulations on radiation protection. Conclusion M6 CyberKnife room developed gains high radiation protection shielding, and references can be provided for other medical institutions.
