摘　　要：目的:针对手术室骨科植入性耗材和外来手术器械的管理现状,重塑流程,实现全程监管、有效溯源、耗材进货与计费统一。方法:科学制订手术材料清单模板,限定材料选择范围。术后,设置合理的流程,将监管工作融入到流程之中,并重新开发适应流程的信息系统。结果:在新模式的试运行下,医院骨科植入性耗材及外来器械的管理在不增加人力的基础上优化了流程,提高了工作效率,达到了国家和医院的监管要求。结论:提高手术室骨科植入性耗材与外来器械的管理水平,不能仅依靠监管人员的检查,更重要的是将工作标准设置在流程之中,使工作中下一步骤成为前一步骤的监管。Objective To realize flow reshaping, whole-course supervision, high traceability and purchased consumables corresponding to billing for the orthopedic surgical instruments and implantable consumables in the operating room. Methods The surgical materials sheet was prepared to determine the materials range. Postoperative flow was established to fulfill effective supervision and then corresponding information system was developed accordingly. Results The new mode enhanced the management flow and efficiency of orthopedic implantable consumables and external instruments. Conclusion The management of orthopedic implantable consumables and external instruments depends on the staff and standardized working flow.
