自拟活血化瘀汤治疗四肢骨折术后患肢肿胀疼痛的临床研究及其对炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的运用自拟活血化瘀汤治疗四肢骨折术后肿胀疼痛,并观察其对炎性因子的影响。方法选取80例骨折患者,采用随机数字表分为两组。研究组采用自拟活血化瘀汤进行治疗,对照组采用甘露醇进行治疗,观察各组患者消肿止痛情况,分析血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)的变化情况,评估治疗满意度。结果研究组消肿止痛效果明显优于对照组,差异显著,且随治疗时间推移两组差异越明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后炎性因子TNF-α、IL-6水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组满意率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟活血化瘀汤可快速有效地缓解四肢骨折术后疼痛肿胀,降低血清中炎性因子TNF-α、IL-6含量并抑制炎性反应,缩短治疗时间。Objective To evaluate the effect using the self-made Huoxue Huayu Decoction in treating swelling and pain after limb fracture surgery and reducing inflammatory factors.Method 80 patients with fracture were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups.The study group received the self-made Huoxue Huayu Decoction for treatment,the control group received mannitol for treatment.The swelling and pain relief was observed after treatment,the changes of serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels were analyzed,the patients′satisfaction was assessed.Results The degree of pain relief and subsidence of a swelling in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was significant.As time went on,the difference between the two groups became more obvious.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).The level of TNF-alpha and IL-6 in the study group was significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment.The difference was significant(P<0.01).The satisfaction rate of the study group was better than that of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Concolusion The self-made Huoxue Huayu Decoction can quickly and effectively relieve the pain and swelling after the operation of limbs fracture,reduce the content of TNF-alpha and IL-6 in the serum and inhibit the inflammatory reaction and shorten the time of treatment.
