摘  要:目前我国10kV及以下配电网线路主要特点是,多为农网线路、架空方式架设、供电半径长、大部分为放射式供电,绝大部分线路通道走廊自然环境条件恶劣。经过近年来的农网改造,抗风、防雷及绝缘能力得到增强,但10kV及以下架空线路由于绝缘子绑扎线断线、绑扎线磨损导线导致的10kV及以下架空线路事故仍频繁发生。本文就10kV及以下架空线路的绝缘子绑扎线故障进行分析,并对10kV及以下架空线路绝缘子绑扎线频繁断裂及磨损导线的改进措施进行讨论,以提高10kV及以下架空线路的安全运行水平。At present,the main features of China’s 10 kV and below distribution network lines are mostly agricultural network lines,overhead erection,long power supply radius,and most of them are radial power supply.Most of the line corridors have harsh natural environmental conditions.The transformation of the rural power grid has enhanced the wind resistance,lightning protection and insulation capacity.However,the overhead line of 10 kV and below due to the disconnection of the insulator lashing line and the wearing wire of the lashing line still occur frequently,and the overhead of 10 kV and below is overhead.The faults of the insulator lashing line of the line are analyzed,and the frequent breakage of the insulator line of the overhead line of 10 kV and below and the improvement measures of the worn wire are discussed to improve the safe operation level of the overhead line of 10 kV and below.
