摘　　要：本文针对容克式空预器存在诸如漏风率大、中心筒外漏严重、空预器间隙调整装置外漏等严重问题进行分析研究。制定一系列方案对空气预热器进行改造,以降低漏风率并长期保持,同时保持在一个大修期内极少的维修工作量和极少的备品备件更换,确保空预器可靠性的前提下兼顾机组的经济性。In this paper,some serious problems such as large leakage rate,serious leakage of central tube and leakage of air gap adjustment device are analyzed and studied.A series of plans are formulated to transform the air preheater to reduce the leakage rate and maintain it for a long time.At the same time,it maintains a very small maintenance workload and very few spare parts replacement during a major repair period,ensuring that the reliability of the empty preheater is taken into account on the premise of the unit economy.
