摘　　要：罗平站是云南最早云电东送的第一站,其安全稳定运行与否在整个南方电网中地位是举足轻重的。设备一旦发生事故,对电网造成的冲击和危害都是巨大的。尤其是人员伤亡事故,更会在一定程度上给个人、家庭、集体和社会带来严重的伤害,威胁企业的生存或影响社会的稳定。变电运行人员怎样才能做到任何事故皆可预防?Luoping Station is the first station of Yunnan’s earliest Eastward Transmission of cloud power.Its safe and stable operation plays an important role in the whole southern power grid.Once the equipment accident occurs,the impact and harm to the power grid are enormous.In particular,casualty accidents,to a certain extent,will bring serious harm to individuals,families,collectives and society,threaten the survival of enterprises or affect social stability.In the face of accidents,how can we prevent any accidents.
