摘　　要：DCL是在人工语音放行模式的基础上进行升级的一种数字放行模式。DCL依靠地空数据链通信技术,有效解决了传统人工语音放行模式存在的诸多问题,为飞机起飞前的放行提供更为安全高效的服务。DCL is a digital release mode upgraded on the basis of artificial voice release mode.DCL relies on ground-to-air data link communication technology,which effectively solves many problems existing in traditional manual voice release mode,and provides more secure and efficient services for aircraft release before takeoff.
