膝骨性关节炎患者自我效能和疾病知识对自我管理行为的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨膝骨性关节炎患者自我效能、疾病知识对自我管理行为的影响。方法采用一般资料调查表、慢性病自我管理行为量表、慢性病自我效能量表、骨性关节炎疾病知识问卷对90例膝骨性关节炎患者进行问卷调查。结果膝骨性关节炎患者的自我管理行为总分为(18.96±7.48)分;膝骨性关节炎患者的自我管理行为与自我效能、疾病知识均呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论膝骨性关节炎患者的自我管理行为处于较低水平,仍然需要进一步改善;自我管理行为与其自我效能、疾病知识密切相关,可通过针对性健康教育提高患者的自我效能和疾病知识,改善其自我管理行为。Objective To investigate the effects of self-efficacy and disease knowledge on self-management behavior of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis were surveyed and treated in the clinic.The general data questionnaire,the chronic disease self-management behavior scale,the chronic disease self-efficacy scale and the osteoarthritis patient knowledge questionnaire were used to measure the patient's general information,self-management behavior,self-efficacy and disease knowledge.Results The self-management behavior of patients with knee osteoarthritis were significantly positively correlated with self-efficacy and disease knowledge(P<0.01).Conclusion The self-management behavior of patients with knee osteoarthritis is at low leveld.Self-management behavior is closely related to self-efficacy and disease knowledge.Through targeted health education,patients'self-efficacy and disease knowledge can be improved and self-management behavior can be improved.
