社区老年高血压患者治疗态度与信念调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查社区老年高血压患者治疗态度与信念现状及影响因素。方法采用高血压治疗态度与信念评价量表对长春市社区373例老年高血压患者进行问卷调查。结果社区高血压患者治疗态度与信念的总分(62.08±14.36)分,经济来源、退休前职业和医疗费用来源是治疗态度与信念的影响因素。结论社区老年高血压患者治疗态度与信念水平欠佳,需要进一步提高。建议社区护理人员积极开展治疗性生活方式态度与信念知识讲座,反复强化高血压患者治疗态度与信念的培养,树立正确的治疗态度与信念,提高自我管理能力。Objective To investigate the current status and factors of therapeutic attitudes and beliefs of the elderly patients with hypertension in community.Methods A total of 373 of elderly patients with hypertension in community were investigated by the Therapeutic Attitude and Belief Scale of Hypertension.Results The total scores of therapeutic attitudes and beliefs of the elderly patients with hypertension were(62.08±14.36).Economic source,pre-retirement occupation and medical expense source were the influencing factors of therapeutic attitudes and beliefs of the elderly patients with hypertension.Conclusion The therapeutic attitudes and beliefs of the elderly patients with hypertension is poor.Therefore,the community nursing staff should actively carry out the knowledge lectures about attitude and belief of therapeutic lifestyle for elderly patients with hypertension,strengthen their attitudes and beliefs,establish the correct attitude and belief,and improve the ability of self-management.
