摘　　要：创新能力是新时代农业科研院所核心竞争力的根本体现,文化建设是农业科研院所的一种无形资产,对农业科研院所的创新能力发挥着推动作用。本文拟在推动农业科研院所文化建设过程中,深入研究文化建设、创新能力之间的内部联系,发掘文化建设与创新能力的影响因素,提出有利于创新能力提升的文化建设目标和路径。Innovation ability is the fundamental embodiment in the core competitiveness of agricultural research institutions in the new era.Cultural construction is an intangible asset of agricultural research institutes,which plays a driving role in promoting innovation ability of agricultural research institutes.In the process of promoting the cultural construction of agricultural research institutes,the internal relations between cultural construction and innovation ability was analyzed and the factors affecting cultural construction and innovation ability were discussed.A suggestion was made on cultural construction goals and paths which are conducive to improvement of innovation ability.
